Samsung Galaxy S6
As in previous years there doing wild rumors about the upcoming flagship Samsung Galaxy S6. If today surfaced knocking pictures of the metal exterior of the Galaxy S6, there are more details are known of the flagship than previous years. According to a source from Korea Times, the Galaxy S6 more on the iPhone 6 look through the metal exterior, but whether that is purely for the ‘metal’ is, is not clear.
According to the source, the Samsung Galaxy S6 gets a new type of lithium polymer battery (LiPo). Former Samsung Galaxy S phones only had a lithium ion battery (Li-ion). Normally, in general, Li-on rechargeable batteries used, among other things because they are safer to change by consumers.
Lipo has a number of advantages over Li-on, as Lipo is easier to use in a non-rectangular design. For this reason, LG used a stepped LiPo battery in the LG G2. This special shape made sure that the battery could be as large as possible, because these could be stopped in all of the remaining space. Therefore, the LG G2 achieved the best battery life of that generation flagships.

Non-exchangeable, or safer
Galaxy S6 go to a next-generation LiPo batteries. These would be smaller and less warm. According to the traditional source, the lithium-ion-electrolytes are replaced by the improved polymer-electrolytes which are non-combustible and non-volatile. This should improve the safety of the device.
Samsung indeed choose a metal design with front and back sides made of glass, the battery will not be interchangeable. This fits with the message that will be using a LiPo battery: These batteries are not interchangeable, but can provide longer battery life, especially when it comes to a ‘next-generation’ version, which is less a traditional Li-ion battery seems than previous LiPo batteries. Samsung would be missed by a removable battery somewhat cope by offering a (much) longer battery duration.
